Service Technician Welding Technology/ Automation (m/f/d) CWC Berlin

Job description:

As a service technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, carrying out service calls and optimising programmes and processes for welding and automation systems. You will act as a competent contact person for customers on site and support the Cloos Group through your technical service work in the field.

Core tasks:

• Technical support for our customers in all matters relating to welding technology/welding automation
• Carrying out service assignments (maintenance, troubleshooting/repair, conversions)

• Programme and process optimisation on behalf of customers.

Requirements profile:

• 3 ½ years of completed vocational training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician, at least 2 years of specialised training or many years of professional experience in comparable work
• Knowledge of PLC controls, robot programming and welding technology would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of English
• Mobility and willingness to work in the field
• Confident demeanour, independent working style and commitment.
