You combine a full degree programme at THM with practical experience in our company. While you study at the university, you will contribute your knowledge directly to our projects. After seven semesters, you will have a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in your pocket and will be well prepared for your career. This interlinking of theory and practice means that your business training will be directly incorporated into ongoing company projects during the practical phases. After seven semesters of study, you will earn an international university degree (Bachelor, B.A.) and lay the foundation for your professional career in the company.

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed Abitur or vocational baccalaureate
• Very good language skills in German and English
• Interest in technology, computer science and scientific contexts
• Basic knowledge of IT, ideally initial experience with programming or hardware
• Technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
• High level of commitment and responsibility, initiative and ability to work in a team
