The CLOOS robot system comprises an inserting and stitching station, three welding stations and a loading and unloading robot. Special features include automated component handling, force-torque control of the gripper for maximum safety and quality and the use of an arc sensor for precise welding of the base frames from the inside and outside.
Each component is individually marked and monitored to ensure that only high-quality parts are processed. Thanks to the close link with our C-Gate, detailed information about the manufacturing process and the quality of each manufactured part can be stored.
