Haiger, December 2024 - At CLOOS, the focus of a festive event at the end of November was on honouring long-standing employees. In the festively decorated CLOOS canteen, the outstanding achievements and long-term loyalty of a total of 35 employees were honoured.
A special highlight was the impressive 50th company anniversary of Udo Röder, who took his well-deserved retirement after half a century in mechanical engineering. In addition to this extraordinary anniversary, five other colleagues celebrated 40 years of service, while a further five employees have been part of the company for 25 years. 24 employees who have been with the company for 10 years were also honoured with thanks and recognition.
Taken together, the employees celebrating anniversaries have been with the company for an impressive total of 615 years. This extraordinary number illustrates the strong bond between the employees and the company and reflects important CLOOS values: reliability, expertise and team spirit.
A festive meal in the run-up to Christmas emphasised the appreciation for the employees and created a festive atmosphere.
