CLOOS puts new production hall into operation

Milestone for the Haiger site

HAIGER, June 2025 - With the completion of the new Hall 14, CLOOS is sending a strong signal for growth and innovative strength at its headquarters in Haiger. The new hall offers an assembly area of 2,400 square metres for automation projects. The hall was already filled with the first steel construction and system components for innovative customised automation solutions on the day of acceptance, signalling the start of operations. The total investment for the expansion of the production area is around 3.6 million euros.

The photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the hall emphasises CLOOS' commitment to sustainable production. With 72 kWp, it covers a large part of the energy requirements during operating hours.
This means that a total of around 17,000 square metres of production and assembly space is now available at the headquarters in Haiger. With this expansion to include additional assembly space, CLOOS is laying the foundations for future expansion opportunities in the solutions business at the Haiger site.

"The completion of the new hall marks a significant step in our strategic orientation. With this investment, we are strengthening our future viability and focussing on innovative solutions in order to continue to operate successfully on the global market," explains Stephan Pittner, CEO of the CLOOS Group.

As a traditional international company, CLOOS is committed to sustainable growth - and not just at its headquarters in Haiger. Last year, CLOOS moved to a larger site in the USA. Further relocations to larger sites in India and Turkey followed this year - each with the aim of expanding capacity and strengthening customer proximity.
