HAIGER, JANUARY 2025 - After successfully passing their final exams in January, eight young specialists are now starting their professional careers at CLOOS. The company is delighted to be able to deploy the graduates in various areas in the future.
This year, the following young professionals have successfully completed their training and taken up their new positions:
Lea Engel (industrial clerk, HR department), Moritz Schneider (mechatronics technician, robot commissioning), Paul Jannis Moos (mechatronics technician, robot commissioning), Simon Stalp (mechatronics technician, service), Leon Becker (electronics technician for industrial engineering, electrical assembly mechanical engineering), Max Quandel (electronics technician for industrial engineering, robot commissioning), Lukas Wagner (electronics technician for industrial engineering, maintenance), Leif Bastian (industrial mechanic, mechanical assembly mechanical engineering).
During their training, the graduates have acquired in-depth specialist knowledge in many different departments and can continue to benefit from the practice-orientated tasks in the future. CLOOS offers all trainees a solid foundation to equip them for the diverse requirements of their future activities. CLOOS provides various support measures to help trainees prepare for their exams in the best possible way. This includes, among other things, in-house lessons in which company and school content is worked through and repeated directly in the company.
"It's always impressive to see how our apprentices grow over the years and develop into real experts," says Andreas Schmelzer, Head of Industrial-Technical Training at CLOOS. "With a lot of commitment and team spirit, they have really earned their successful qualifications. Now it's time for them to really get going - we're delighted to have them in our team with their knowledge and drive."
The trainers accompany the apprentices from day one and are on hand with help and advice. Thanks to their many years of experience, they can help with any problems and motivate and encourage the trainees. In addition to the technical training, various activities and excursions are organised during the training period. Thanks to the shared experiences outside of working hours, the trainees got to know each other better as a team and made good friends.
"My apprenticeship at CLOOS has not only helped me enormously professionally, but also personally," says Lea Engel, who has now completed her training as an industrial clerk. "I learnt a lot and was always able to rely on the support of the company and the trainers - I'm very grateful for that."
Now a new chapter begins: after successfully completing their training, the new employees are starting out in the various departments full of vigour and fresh ideas.
We would like to congratulate all the trainees and wish our new employees not only a successful start, but also lots of fun on their future career path.
CLOOS offers apprenticeships in the following professions: industrial clerk, mechatronics technician, electronics technician for industrial engineering, technical product designer, industrial mechanic, IT specialist and warehouse logistics specialist.
