Britta Steffen inspires trainees at CLOOS in Haiger

An extraordinary event was on the programme at CLOOS in Haiger: thanks to the health partnership with Barmer, double Olympic and world swimming champion Britta Steffen was able to inspire the trainees with personal insights into her sporting career. In her talk, she spoke openly about her successes and challenges and motivated the young employees to believe in themselves and pursue their goals with determination.

Following the presentation, Barmer invited the young people to take part in an active exercise session: Under the guidance of Heike Sonnabend, an employee of the health insurance company, the trainees were able to recharge their batteries and strengthen their team spirit.

Another highlight was the exclusive training session with Britta Steffen for the first and second year trainees, who provided valuable impulses for motivation, performance and a conscious approach to one's own health.

The event was organised and supported by the initiators from Barmer, Thorsten Schetter (Area Sales Consultant) and Jochen Adam (Regional Managing Director for the Lahn-Dill district, Wetzlar), as well as Dunja Fiedler, Head of Commercial Training, and Andreas Schmelzer, Head of Industrial-Technical Training at CLOOS. With the health partnership between CLOOS and Barmer, the company is sending out a strong signal in favour of promoting health and well-being - both during training and in everyday working life.
