QIROX RoboPlan: Maximum efficiency with offline programming
Programming welding and travel paths as well as sensor routines on 3D models
While production is running in the robot system, a new programme can be created in RoboPlan at the same time. In RoboPlan, welding and travel paths as well as sensor routines are created on 3D models, for which the welding parameters and other functions required for the programme sequence are then defined. The programme developed in this way is transferred directly to the robot's control system. This procedure takes less time than creating a new programme using the TEACH method in the robot system. This allows you to increase system utilisation, optimise the production process and make your welding production more flexible.
Advantages at a glance:
- Programming parallel to production: Increase in system utilisation
- Fast product and component adaptation: optimisation of the production process
- Prototype programming: Improved production planning
- More parts in less time: Greater flexibility
