Control Weld
MIG/MAG universal process
with a wide range of applications
Control Weld is a versatile MIG/MAG process. A short arc is formed at low power, which is particularly advantageous when joining thin-walled workpieces and in constrained positions. In the range of the spray arc, the process is more energetic, has a higher deposition rate and transfers more heat to the base material.

Materials
- steel
- Chrome-nickel
- Coated sheet steel
- Heat-resistant steels
- High-strength steels
- Special alloys
Your advantages
- Versatile process
- Compensation of material tolerances due to good gap bridging in the short arc area
- Little rework due to low spatter ejection in the spray arc area
