Pulsed current-controlled MIG-MAG pulsed arc with reversing welding wire

MoTion Step Weld is a pulsed arc with reversing wire. The arc is switched off and re-ignited at a controllable frequency. During the arc phase, the base material melts and additional material is introduced. This enables optimum control of the heat input and influences the seam appearance. The process is suitable for welding visible seams in aluminium materials.
