MoTion Vari Weld
Energy-reduced, low-spatter pulsed arc with reversing wire for the aluminium sector
MoTion Vari Weld is a pulsed arc with a reversing welding wire. The welding wire is moved forwards and backwards at a frequency of up to 180 Hz. This results in extremely high process stability in the lower power range. The process is therefore suitable for welding thin sheet metal, build-up welding and additive manufacturing for all common materials, especially aluminium and special materials.
