"Ready to weld" system for welding small parts up to a weight of 1.25 kN

The powerful QR-CC-2 compact cell offers you an easy introduction to the automated welding of small parts that need to be welded with a rotary movement. It has a manual 2-station turning table and the station change is performed by a horizontal rotary movement. A pneumatic positioning system fixes the turning table and ensures repeatable positioning of the components to be welded. The clamping tools for holding the components can be easily mounted on the face plates of the positioners.
