"Ready to weld" system for welding small parts up to a weight of 2.5 kN
The powerful QR-CC-3 compact cell offers an easy introduction to the automated welding of complex small parts that need to be welded or positioned with a rotating and tilting movement. It has two neighbouring stations. The clamping tools for holding the components can be easily mounted on the face plates of the positioners. The turning and tilting movement enables the component to be positioned in an optimum position for welding. The movements of the robot and positioning axes work synchronously, allowing contour seams to be welded and guaranteeing excellent weld seam quality.
