The powerful QR-CC-6 compact cell offers an entry-level solution for the automated welding of complex small parts that need to be welded or positioned with a rotating and swivelling movement. It has a 2-station turning table and the station change is performed by a horizontal turning movement. The clamping tools for holding the components can be easily mounted on the face plates of the positioners
. The movements of the robot and positioning axes are synchronised and guarantee excellent weld seam quality.
