This seminar is aimed at robot programmers. Learn everything you need to know about handling the robot. Among other things, you will learn about the structure of a welding system, the components of the industrial robot, the operating modes of the robot controller and the inspection and maintenance of the welding equipment.

  • Show the axes and degrees of freedom of the QIROX robots.
  • Explain how the programming works and apply it.
  • Master the PHG programming.
  • Create a functional welding programme.
  • Carry out test sequences and corrections to user programmes.
  • Generate welding parameter lists and optimise weld seams.
  • Interpret user-specific warnings and error messages.
  • Correct programmed points.
  • Adjust the welding equipment and keep it in shape.
  • Organise and manage user programs.

Prerequisites

  • Knowledge of welding technology
  • Ability to visualise the sequence of automatic work cycles
  • Technical understanding of material handling and processing
