This seminar is aimed at system operators, robot programmers and users who are responsible for creating, correcting and maintaining robot programmes. Learn everything you need to know about the use of an offline laser sensor in robot systems. Among other things, you will learn to name the basic components of the laser system, identify the dangers and protective measures of laser radiation and create simple work programmes with offline laser sensors.

- Familiarise yourself with the possible uses of the sensor system.
- Demonstrate the dangers and protective measures of laser radiation.
- Check and correct the sensor calibration with TCP & TOV.
- Create simple work programmes with offline laser sensors.
- Create and select templates for offline seam detection.
- Use manual and menu-guided programming techniques.
- Apply work programmes with adaptive welding parameter selection.

- Completion of the seminar: QR-TR-P1 Programming Basic Course
