This seminar is aimed at maintenance personnel as well as electrical and service technicians. Learn everything you need to know about maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing the robot system. Learn how to quickly localise and rectify the causes of faults and errors.

Contents

  • Learn all about the structure and components of robots (controls, drives, mechanics).
  • Learn about different operating modes (off, manual reduced/high speed, auto).
  • Create test programmes.
  • Familiarise yourself with operating and programming elements and their interfaces.
  • Explain block diagrams.
  • Replace component groups (e.g. plug-in cards, power supply units).
  • Adjust function groups (e.g. servo controllers).
  • Localise and rectify the causes of faults and errors.
  • Take preventive maintenance measures on the robot (greasing and lubricating).

Target group

  • Users who are responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the robot system
  • Maintenance personnel, electrical and service technicians

Prerequisites

  • Vocational training in electrical engineering*

* The participant confirms that he/she is trained as a qualified electrician.
